Refund policy

  1. The Conference Moscow Affiliate Conference (hereinafter referred to as the – “Conference”) will take place.

    Conference registration deadline is rescheduled. If you are not able to attend the Conference, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee or request for a refund in accordance with paragraph 1.3. The paid amount for a ticket can be left as a payment for a ticket to the same event that will take place within the 13 months, following the originally booked Conference (deposit payment).

  2. Requests to refund the payment amount, ticket transfer or deposit payment shall be made via email of the Conference Organizers.

  3. Refund of payment amount will:

    • not be processed if the Conference starts less than in 15 calendar days
    • be processed in amount of 50% of the paid amount if the Conference starts less than in 30 calendar days
    • be processed in amount of 100% of the paid amount if the Conference starts more than for 30 calendar days

    Dear Customers, we inform you that when requesting a refund in case of refusal of the purchase, the refund is made exclusively to the same bank card from which the payment was made.

  4. The request for a deposit shall be sent in the order, set in the paragraph 1.2 of this Refund Policy, no later than 30 calendar days before the Conference will take place.

  5. The Organizer is not responsible for the proper fulfillment of this Refund Policy in case of the force majeure circumstances.
