Refund policy

  1. The Moscow Affiliate Conference 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference») will take place on 27 October 2020.

    Conference registration deadline is October 26, 2020. If you are not able to attend the Conference, you can make a request for a refund, for deposit payment or for transfer of your ticket to another attendee in accordance with this Policy.

  2. Requests for a refund, for deposit payment or for transfer of a ticket to another attendee must be sent to this e-mail: sales@affiliateconf.com of the Conference Organizers.

  3. Refund of the payment amount will be:

    • not possible if less than 15 calendar days remain from the date of request to the start date of the conference
    • 50% of the paid amount, if less than 30 calendar days remain from the date of request to the start date of the conference
    • 100% of the paid amount, if more than 30 calendar days remain from the date of request to the start date of the conference
  4. If a participant cannot attend the event for reasons beyond the control of the participant, including such of force majeure (for example, closed borders in connection with the epidemiological situation, cancellation of transportation, regulatory and non-regulatory acts of government bodies or local authorities), paid sums are refunded in full or credited, by agreement of the parties, as a deposit payment for the ticket to another date of the conference, which is to be held within 13 months of the date of the rescheduled event.

  5. A request for a deposit payment (ticket for the next event) is made in accordance with the procedure established in clause 1.2 of this Refund policy, no later than 30 calendar days before the start date of the Conference.

  6. The Organizer cannot guarantee the proper implementation of this Refund policy in the event of force majeure, but will make every effort to resolve any possible situations and preserve the positive image of the conference.
